EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
The Returns Policy applies to all items sold on SUPERCABL.COM
In general, an item may be eligible for return only if it fulfills any of the following conditions :
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
The product was physically damaged or found defective on opening the package.
Missing parts or accessories.
Non-returnable item unless there is a defect or is different from its description.
All our packages are sealed with tamper-evident seals. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal has been damaged or removed. Acceptance of a tampered seal or damaged package will automatically disqualify any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect products, or missing accessories.
All Products to be returned must be in their original condition along with the following:
Original packaging with labels, user manuals, warranty card.
The serial number of the product should be intact.
Any accessories/components along with the freebies/bundle products received with the purchase.
For the wrong product/color, incorrect description, and missing accessories, the product should be unused.
For "Defective on Arrival," returns will be accepted only after it is verified by our technical engineers.
File a Return Request
Please contact our customer support center at [email protected] (Email Only) to get a return acknowledgment number and request a pickup. Once we receive the product back, our technical engineers will evaluate the condition and provide a solution. The replacement product will be shipped after evaluation.
If you've received a non-returnable item in a damaged/defective condition, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
For some reason, if we are unable to replace a defective/damaged product, we will refund the money.
SUPERCABL reserves the right to refuse the exchange, return, or refund based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.
We accept refund only in case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to report it to our customer support executives at [email protected] within 10 days along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product. All applicable refunds shall be made to the same account from which the payment was made.
No refund will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, modification, or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the items we are selling and our strict quality policy, we do not offer a return or refund without a valid reason.
Please note we will not refund the shipping cost incurred in case of returns.
